Application

The machine is dedicated to inspecting soft-bag injection for possible liquid leak. It can inspect pinhole (>0.1μm) on soft-bags, leak on body and welded bag mouth.

Working principle

In-feed conveyer belt 1 divides inspected soft-bags equally. Industrial robots takes them to the inspect channel 2 in sequence. The inspect channel transferred by conveyer belt which have multi inspecting station on .It can inspect different positions according to customer requirements. Unqualified products will be rejected automatically by reject unit 3, while qualified products will be output from the out-feed conveyor belt 4. (Re Fig 1)

Inspecting principle

V is the high frequency high voltage power. Its two terminals respectively connect emitting electrode and receiving electrode.C1 and C2 are the capacitance between electrode and solution (As there has container wall existed between solution and electrode, they can’t contact directly. Then capacitance comes up ).R is the resistance of solution(conductivity of solution≥1.2μS, or the inspecting effect can’t be good or even unable to inspect).
